What a surprising bundle of fresh air in the insurance world! I have had AAA for over 40 years, rarely ever was able to communicate directly with my so called broker. When they cancelled me for living in Orinda I interviewed several companies. Scott Halbrook stood out way in front of the pack. Fast responses, met in person, gave me several options which included other companies other than his Farmers Insurance. He designed coverage which was better than I had and was the best in cost when compared to the other companies I met with. I've spoken to varied insurance persons over the years. Scott is absolutely one of the very best I've met. He is highly knowledgeable, precise in his communication, a great mentor (there is much for consumers to know), and does business from integrity.
